We first saw it when The Ridge at Chestnut Hill was in the early stages of being developed and then watched it take shape. It looked like the kind of neighborhood we wanted to move into. When I was growing up, we always had lots of friends and family around us, and I wanted to have my kids grow up in that same kind of community. It’s refreshing to live in a neighborhood like this and know my kids have friends and are able to get outside and play.

There are so many things about living at The Ridge at Chestnut Hill that are different from other apartment communities. The location is extremely convenient. I’m close to restaurants, groceries and to my job. The friendliness here also means a lot to me. When I first moved in, the resident manager introduced me to my neighbors, answered all my questions about the community and helped me get settled in. My townhome floor plan gives me the feeling of being in my own home, and I have friends all around me. I’ve had a very positive experience living here.

The management responds quickly to maintenance requests. In the winter, sidewalks are cleared quickly and we’re never blocked in our homes. The property is so well-maintained and attractive that I’m always proud to have friends visit me here.

It’s a good value and I like it here. The residents are friendly and the maintenance is great. Tegan, the assistant manager, is the best! She really cares about all of us—she gets a 10 in my book.

The location is one of the things I like most about living here. I’m a walker and I can walk just about anywhere—to the bank, Meijer, the grocery—everything I need is within walking distance.

One of the first things that impressed me about The Ridge at Chestnut Hill was the opportunity to provide my child with a world-class education with the New Albany schools. And, I love the townhome itself—the attached garage, spacious master suite and my beautiful kitchen with cherry cabinets and marble countertops. The location is also great. I feel safe and can literally walk to the grocery, bank, restaurants and shopping. I was happy to renew my lease!
